The Maze Runner

What if you were trapped in a strange place with all your memories wiped and no way out? Except through a giant, and dangerous, maze. That is the predicament main character Thomas, finds himself in. This fast paced story really got me thinking about what my life would be like if I forgot everything I ever knew. It would be downright petrifying but Thomas handles it all in stride. As the book goes on, one begins to fall in love with or absolutely loathe each and every character introduced. That is important to me as a reader. I want to get a strong reaction out of my characters. I found the story gripping, sad, scary, and enlightening all at the same time. I highly recommend the book and can’t wait to read the next one!
